Facebook marketplace is similar to Craigslist as it allows people to sell and buy products on a one-off basis. Its not for someone looking to sell same product regularly. On the other hand, NEBR is like a webstore for the individual sellers in the neighborhood. Nebr allows you to buy/sell recurring products for e.g. Specialty snacks, custom cakes, babysitters that one can sell/buy and not one off products that you can sell in Facebook Marketplace. It's similar to Safeway that serves local customers but it would allow anyone to create their store sitting from their homes.
